All products carry a one-year warranty unless otherwise specifiedFor products that have a warranty longer than one year, we will cover replacement costs for the first year only, after which the customer must pay for any charges incurred during warranty replacement (Such as shipping fee). Customers can directly contact the manufacturer for service on retail products, such as printers, scanners, and monitors, if the manufacturer offers a longer warranty period. RETURN POLICIES

STARSPARK COMPUTERS DOES NOT OFFER ANY FORM OF PRICE PROTECTION ON ITEMS SOLD*

If your product is defective:

The customer has 7 days from the date of purchase to return any products found to be a manufacturer's defect. After the 7-day period has passed, the customer can no longer return the product; they will only be eligible for warranty service. Please note: we require proof of purchase for warranty.

STARSPARK Computers will be happy to assist the customer in processing their warranty with the manufacturer or their authorized distributor, to have the products fixed under the respective warranty, within the first year of purchase (as long as there is no physical damage to the items, such as chips or burns to the CPU cores, bent pins, parts broken off, and the proper documentation are provided).

If your products are non-defective, and within 7 days of the purchase date, the products for return are subject to the following conditions:

Please note we require proof of purchase for all returns and/or exchanges. The customer must have the original receipt for an exchange and/or refund. Facsimiles not allowed. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy.

The customer has 7 days from the date of purchase to return any products, which are not defective. After the 7-day period has passed, the customer can no longer return the product; they will only be eligible for warranty service.

* The refund amount ($) is based on our current selling price of the item at the time the item is brought back to our company, not the price at which the product was purchased for.

However, if the price of the item has gone up at the time of product return, then the customer will be refunded the original selling price. (Please refer to our statement at the top of this page for price protection/adjustments.)


If the product is not defective, and the customer wishes to return or exchange it, there will be a 15% restocking charge. All returns and/or exchanges must be made within the first 7 days of purchasing the product.

If the packaging (including the box if any) has not been opened and/or the product has not been used, the product can be returned for an exchange or credit note, without a restocking charge within the 7-day period stated above.

For all exchanges or returns we require the return of all the original packaging materials including any manuals, printed materials such as warranty cards and CDs/disks. All returned goods must be in resellable condition, and inspected by our staff for approval.

There are no refunds/exchanges on all printer cartridges, CD media, and cables**.

** Ethernet cables are eligible for return/exchange, provided they are in resellable condition, within 7 days of purchase. Please note, there is a 20% restocking charge on all opened ethernet cables.
